Dr Todd is our riff on the Penicillin cocktail. The end result is an Islay Whisky Barrel-aged, strong citrus sour. It’s been brewed with ginger, some lactose sugar and aged in barrels with British Black Bee honey and finished with more ginger and lemon zest
