This is only the second time we’ve brewed this showcase of the Hopsteiner variety Sultana (formerly Denali), with backup from Azacca and Mosaic. It’s a dank DIPA for sure, with some of those subtle savoury vibes, but overwhelmingly the flavour and aroma screams pineapple, mango and some sweaty grapefruit! There’s a good amount of back end bitterness and some residual warmth from the booze and a mouthfeel that’s big and smooth but somehow airy
