Sleeping Village Night Archive Vol. 1

Night Archive is the first in our series of Imperial Stouts aged in spirit barrels. This beer was built on a massive grist of English dark malts and then aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. We then conditioned on Tahitian Vanilla beans as well as select coffees from our friends at KAFFA in Oslo
