Mills Plum, Sloe, Damson & Peat
On the 6th September 2018 we made a turbid wort from pilsner malt, rye and raw wheat. Six year old Fuggles hops were added to the wort for a four hour boil. Fourteen month fermentation. Barrel previously used for bourbon, Islay Scotch and Ross Cider. Re-fermented on local plums, sloes and damsons
