The base of this beer is our 2019 Cuvée blend. We further aged a portion on Pinot Noir grape skins from our friends at Westwell wines, both in tank and ex-cognac puncheon. Bright and spritzy with an abundance of raspberry notes to transport you to sunny climes. Limited to 1200 bottles
