Our 2018 fifth birthday Winter Berry sour was split and aged into two different wine barrels for 12 months: Moscatel and Pinot Noir. The result is two very different beers from the same Winter Berry Sour base. The Moscatel has a rich, honeyed sweetness with a soft vanilla finish. The Pinot Noir has distinctive red wine tannins and vibrant acidity with oak spice
