BBNo 05 India Pale Ale Blood Orange

We originally brewed this collaborative project with Broaden & Build from Copenhagen. This blood orange IPA was a favourite of ours and as such we were saddened to hear that this young and experimental brewery would be closing their doors after such an amazing first year. Fermented with Kviek ale yeast and utilising blood orange in the whirlpool, the resulting beer bursts with flavours of orange pulp, lemon and grapefruit on top of a soft malt base
