After brewing Kibitz with Beatnikz Republic last year, we hosted our friends from over the Pennines for the return leg of the collaboration. This time we’ve brewed a big double IPA using ESB yeast with stacks of Ekuanot and Mosaic cryo hops to give an explosion of grapefruit and mango aroma and flavour, combined with a low bitterness
