3 Fonteinen Aardbei / Kriek is obtained by successive maceration of strawberries and cherries. First there is a short maceration with strawberries, after which the strawberry lambic is used as the basis for a second maceration with cherries. In this way, the special fruit touch of strawberries is combined with the round mouthfeel of the cherries. The resulting fruit lambic is then further blended with young lambic for further fermentation in the bottle. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups, or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. This specific Aardbei / Kriek has a final fruit intensity of 665 grams per litre, at a ratio of 75% organic strawberries and 25% cherries.
